Returns are allowed within 7 business days after receiving the order, only if the garment is defective or if you received a product with different characteristics than those you ordered. The return request must be made by email to info@ephedra.com.co with details and photos of the product. At the time of shipping the item, it must be returned in its original condition: Unworn, unwashed and with the original tags. Once authorized, the change or a credit note will be made since no refunds are made.
